With 25 years of business management and audit experience at companies like Merrill Lynch and Microsoft, I’ve learned one simple truth: people are everything. How we integrate individuals into tasks and performance demands is one of the most critical factors driving success.
I love people…sometimes it causes blind spots.
My passion lies in empowering women and men around the world to build confidence in themselves and their ability to lead. My vision is to create environments where individuals can grow—enhancing their skills, aspirations, and character. I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the top-performing Fortune 500 companies.
Writing amazing marketing pieces. I don’t like talking about myself.
I’ve designed and built nearly every type of consumer product imaginable. I thrive on creativity—especially when it’s applied to solving people-centric challenges and operational issues. Building something not only accelerates learning but also drives deep retention, and that principle is central to who I am. I’m passionate about helping others design systems that bring their dreams to life.
Typing without having a 1000 typo errors. Perfection is a process. Not an event.
With professional and educational experience as a Global Executive Operations Leader, I have a proven track record in driving revenue growth and strategic development. I have exceeded industry growth standards by more than 25%, raising over $200 million in debt, equity, and alternative capital. I am well-versed in implementing process improvements and designing scalable systems. My passion lies in driving operational excellence and fostering organizational growth.
I talk too much because I get passionate about helping the companies we work with.
Founding member and former president of a solar battery company valued at $35 million with $14 million in annual revenue. Generate over $100 million in e-commerce revenue and raised $20 million through crowdfunding, setting two category pre-sale records on major platforms. I’m most proud developing a humanitarian program that brought power to people in five countries. And while startup success is always open to debate, one thing isn’t: I make what many agree is the best bowl of chili on the planet.

With over two decades of experience in product development and branding, I thrive at the intersection of creativity, operations, and execution. For me, it’s about purpose. I love creating with intention—helping people and businesses not only bring ideas to life but build something that truly matters. Leading product portfolios for Fortune 500 clients to building new brands from the ground up, I’ve learned that leadership is as much about emotional intelligence as it is about hitting the numbers. I’m naturally driven to dig deep, think through scenarios, and stay connected to the people behind the process.

-Webster Dictionary
Get out of the weeds and get your vision back where you want it. Get a team that can help make it a reality.
When you build a vision and get it on paper you are creating sub conscious links that will keep that vision at the front of everything you do.
Getting stuck is usually a sign of conflict between your vision and reality. Working through that will be tough but always leads to vision alignment.
Visions can feel daunting and fake even to the people creating them. Having a team that can make your vision a reality is the only way forward.
Merge your vision with current struggles, limitations, and opportunities! Make a path forward.
What is seen and what is happening don’t always align. You have to now what your business is doing with and with you in order to know what to change.
Reviewing and auditing the 4p’s is critical to bring to light the strengths and weaknesses of your business. Its a major component to understanding reality.
Building your Proforma, planning out the year, setting execution deadlines and seeing where you need support is the first step to making your business what you want it to be.
They faster you get to building and repeating these steps the faster you improve. The more money you make.
Execution is the only aspect that will move you forward. There will be failures but the sooner you can fail the sooner you will know what knowledge, resources, or money is needed to manage the risk and make progress
Its not possible to go it alone. A strong team of employees, believes, and contracts is mandatory to find success.
Start over. When ever you feel stuck and building isn’t happening, then revisit your vision and measure reality. Doing this will make the next steps very clear.
